This page explains what information is processed when you contact Tobtech Solutions and how the website’s technical services are used.
Contact form
When you send an enquiry, your name, email address, optional telephone number and organisation, and the contents of your message are processed. The information is used to read, respond to and follow up your enquiry. Resend is used to deliver messages submitted through the contact form.
Retention
Information is kept only for as long as it is needed to handle the enquiry and any subsequent contact. No general fixed retention period has yet been decided.
Spam protection and hosting
Cloudflare Turnstile is used to prevent spam. The website and contact function are delivered through Cloudflare, which therefore processes technical information required for security and operation.
Website analytics
Cloudflare Web Analytics may be used for aggregate, privacy-oriented visitor statistics and Core Web Vitals without tracking cookies. This website does not use Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager.
